Proper Hand Wrapping for Training
There are 3 main areas that I like to follow when wrapping my hands for training or for competition.
1st off , I build a nice padding across the front of my knuckles. Typically I will go around my hand 4 times.
2nd , i make an “X” support for the back of my hand to hold the small bones in place. = 4 X’s
3rd and final stage is to make sure my wrist is firmly wrapped 3 to 4 times around with the remaining wrap that is left. I always go by the feel of how tight the wrap is. This took many times to develop the proper feel for the tightness that was required to properly ! Enjoy, OSU!
